Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation VA to research, identify, and qualify potential clients for our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting, database building, and outreach, with strong organizational and communication skills to help grow the sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Lead Research & ProspectingConduct research to identify potential leads through social media, online directories, and industry-specific sources.Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects with accurate contact details.Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or other lead generation platforms for prospecting.Outreach & EngagementInitiate first-level contact via email, LinkedIn, or other communication channels.Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and move them through the pipeline.Data Management & ReportingUpdate CRM with lead information and activity tracking.Maintain an organized lead tracking system for follow-ups.Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates.Market ResearchIdentify new industries, target audiences, and trends for lead generation opportunities.Support the sales and marketing team with data-driven insights.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.Strong research and data-entry skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Preferred Tools & Knowledge:LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.ioCRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)Google Sheets, MS ExcelEmail automation tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly)
