Experience in working with political or government officials, as well as a background in real estate or urban planning, is a strong plus.Tasks Required:Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platformsCraft and send targeted email blasts and follow-upsSet appointments with potential clients or stakeholders via email or LinkedInConduct research to collect relevant data and contact information for outreachMaintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and appointment statusCollaborate with internal team members to align lead generation strategies with overall goalsAdapt messaging for different industries, especially in political/government and real estate sectorsRole Requirements:Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment settingComfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.Highly organized with attention to detailAbility to independently research and gather accurate dataExperience engaging with political/government officials is a strong plusFamiliarity with real estate and urban planning industries is an advantageSelf-motivated and results-driven
