Onsite Location: Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through construction. Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Resolve technical issues that arise during design development and construction phases. Oversee design quality, materials, and construction detailing to meet project requirements. Assist in value engineering and feasibility studies when required. Requirements: Minimum 7-10 years of architectural experience. Strong exposure to residential and high-rise building projects. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design tools.
