As a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will lead the deployment and enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions for various client engagements. This position combines technical leadership, strategic solution design, and a collaborative approach to business growth through presales support.Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation cycles, ensuring all technical solutions remain strictly aligned with the client’s operational objectives.
- System Optimization: Oversee the configuration and tailoring of core modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Product Master Data Management, and Supply Chain Orchestration.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a high-level consultant on SCM industry standards and the effective application of Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Solution Design: Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business needs, draft detailed functional specifications, and architect robust supply chain systems.
- Execution & Validation: Facilitate professional workshops, lead training programs for end-users, and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
- Growth Support: Contribute to the expansion of the business by assisting with presales initiatives, designing prospective solutions, and providing accurate effort estimations.
- Team Mentorship: Foster the professional development of junior consultants through active coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience working directly with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and their various sub-components.
- Proven Track Record: Successful completion of at least three full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Business Development: Prior experience contributing to presales cycles and business growth activities.
- Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain workflows, specifically regarding planning, procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership qualities, strong interpersonal communication, and a disciplined approach to project management.
- Client Management: A history of maintaining strong client rapport and consistently delivering high-standard technical solutions.
