- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with internal teams for resolution.
- Manage multiple conversations with empathy and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- 1+ year of customer support experience (SaaS/software preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-starter attitude with solid time management.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn tools and systems.
- Experience supporting complex SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Aircall, or similar tools.
- Crypto or global tax knowledge is a plus!.
- Salary: Php 40,000
- Work Set up: Remote
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; AEST
