The Cost Engineer for Construction will be responsible for planning maintenance projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. As a project coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various vendors to ensure smooth execution and keep high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
Planning, tendering, cost summary, and project reporting.
Team member perspective.
Develop and monitor the project schedule and overall productivity.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Manage all contract and change order costs, including negotiating, processing, and assessing impacts.Provide regular performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule, and safety.Maintain a detailed project budget & schedule to ensure accurate project execution.Deliver project status reporting updates against project milestones and financial targets.ExperienceKnowledge and experience in project management techniques and tools in residential development and construction.Strong analytical skills.Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong documentation and organization skills.Strong computer skills.WARNINGS:
