RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Sales Manager in the planning and organization of Sales Department Cross sell all Hop Inn properties in the Philippines and maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business Create Corporate, Contracted and Group proposal and other necessary contracts Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence booking Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and other necessary reports Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of services, and resolution of customer complaints Collaborate with sales and revenue management team to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets Develop strong relationships with Front Office and Finance teams to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals. Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company Maintain an updated knowledge of company's goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing Dress up professionally according to company's requirements Other task that maybe assigned by Director of Sales QUALIFICATIONS At least Bachelor's Degree Holder At least 3 years of working experience in Hotel Sales Department as a Supervisor / Assistant Managerial role Preferably with sales experience handling Ortigas accounts Excellent in Written and Oral Skills With Skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Willing to be assigned in any Hop Inn Hotel PH location Show more Show less
