- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set and track sales goals and metrics for the team.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
- Should make sure that there is a regular pipeline for sales and encourage clients to position the brand in corporate tenders, government biddings and various corporate bundling programs
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Be able to organize pocket events for corporate clients or end-users such as tech updates or product enablement
- Prepare monthly reports such as the following:
- Analyze sales data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with management to provide regular feedback on competitor activities, market feedback, industry trends and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and fulfill commitments
- Assumes accountability for and maximizes resources, such as laptops, customer database and other mobile devices issued to effectively dispose of responsibilities as an Assistant Manager
- Ensures compliance to company's programs on quality, environment, health, and safety management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience, including team management and strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management
- At least 5 years of total experience in sales.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experienced in end-to-end bidding processes whether in the private or government sector.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions, good negotiations skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership
- Can consider candidates with experience in related industries such as IT hardware, telecommunications, or technical solutions.
- In addition, they can consider candidates with either corporate or government sales background.
- Well-connected and preferably has a network with system integrator companies or have dealt with a specific part of a project when dealing with system integrators.
- Direct experience with corporate or government accounts is preferred but can consider candidates who have experience at least working with system integrators or other mediator companies who can connect the client to corporate or government companies to engage client's services and products.
