- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.).
- Screen resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and interest.
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM).
- Provide timely feedback to recruiters on candidate pipelines.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
