Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sourcer/Screener will support the recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential candidates for open positions. This role involves proactive sourcing, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments to build a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.).
  • Screen resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM).
  • Provide timely feedback to recruiters on candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
