✅ Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
✅ Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
✅ Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) Or soley on weekends if you choose
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
