Job Summary We are looking for a Sourcer/Screener will support the recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential candidates for open positions. This role involves proactive sourcing, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments to build a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, etc.) Screen resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, availability, and interest Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) Provide timely feedback to recruiters on candidate pipelines Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms Show more Show less
