Position Responsibilities The individual in this position who will back up AR team managers and play a key role in the integration of AI enhancements, project planning, risk analysis, and quality assurance in AR, Billing, Credit, and Collections. This includes supporting acquired acquisitions and prioritizing escalated issues, to management, as necessary. In this position, you will drive change management initiatives and enhance current processes including AI improvements. Key Responsibilities: Support department managers with: AI enhancement integration Project planning and risk analysis Quality assurance initiatives Assist with acquisitions and prioritize escalated issues Drive change management and process improvement initiatives Cross-train and serve as backup for AR/GL/Blackline functions Continuously assess and recommend improvements to: AR and cash application processes System integrations and workflows Lead documentation efforts: Departmental FAQs Task modeling Policy and procedure revisions Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Adaptability to shifting priorities and multiple demands Dependable, innovative, and proactive Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Experience in the software industry is a plus Familiarity with: Electronic payment systems and portals Credit card processing Multiple ledgers and intercompany transactions GL reconciliation Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite Collection/Billing software Ad hoc and metric reporting Experience with any of the following tools is highly desirable: Costpoint, Intercom, Ajera, Intacct Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
