Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ESTAbout the Role / Job ResponsibilitiesTop 3 Priorities:
-Financial Administration - Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks for budgeting and reporting, managing basic financial tasks and supporting general financial recordkeeping.
-Patient Care Coordination - Ensure patients are followed up with regarding their appointments and compliance with program requirements. This includes confirming attendance and facilitating telehealth options.
-Outreach & Appointment Setting - Conduct cold outreach and schedule meetings with community/workforce partners.Other responsibilities include:
-Inbound call handling (demographic/intake information)
-Providing customer service and addressing general inquiries
-Document preparation and organization
-Preparing reports, compiling medical research, and supporting QA reviews
-Billing support
-Coordination of services (transportation, housing, telehealth platform operations)
-Coordination with healthcare professionals and internal staff
-Client/account success support: maintaining relationships, ensuring needs are met, and following up on progressQualifications
-Experience in administrative support within healthcare or behavioral health settings
-Strong English communication skills for outreach and patient follow-ups
-Problem-solving skills; proactive in addressing issues and coordinating services
-Proficiency with QuickBooks; ability to use EHR systems (Sigmund Elevate preferred)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Tech-savvy, adaptable, and professional in patient-facing interactionsTechnical Requirements
-Device: Reliable laptop/desktop computer
-Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
-Audio: Noise-canceling headset
-Video: Webcam for virtual meetings and telehealth
-Workspace: Quiet, professional environment free from distractionsAdditional Requirements
-Available for Zoom video meetings with camera on, as needed
-Must not have concurrent clients during required work hours
-Submission of a short video introduction is required as part of the application processSKILL REQUIREMENT
