
Facebook Video Ads Specialist (Recruitment Agency)

- Plan, design, and launch video ad campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms targeting both job candidates and client leads
- Write compelling ad copy and video scripts optimized for conversions
- Create or repurpose short-form video content (UGC, testimonials, reels, etc.) that aligns with our agency’s goals
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
- Set up audience targeting using Facebook Ads Manager (including retargeting, lookalikes, and custom audiences)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, and audience segments
- Monitor and report weekly on campaign performance with actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with trends in recruitment advertising, social video, and Meta algorithms
- Proven experience running successful Facebook video ad campaigns
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing or lead generation strategies
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback
- Experience running ads specifically for recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or job boards
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, UTM tags, Google Analytics)
- Graphic design background is a plus
