Join Our Team as a Reservations Sales Manager Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for sales and service We're looking for a Reservations Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team at The Luxury Signature . In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving bookings, maximizing revenue, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the very first interaction. This is a dynamic leadership position for someone who is results-driven, highly organized, and committed to excellence in hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the reservations and sales team, offering training, support, and daily oversight. Manage the end-to-end reservations process with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at hitting and exceeding revenue goals. Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to optimize results. Foster strong client and partner relationships to build repeat business and brand loyalty. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity, offering insights for continuous improvement. Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
