
Sales Enablement & Operations Lead

- Manage and optimize CRM systems, sales workflows, and pipeline reporting
- Own onboarding, training, and continuous enablement of sales team members
- Analyze sales performance data and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with Marketing on lead routing, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
- Drive sales process standardization, documentation, and tool adoption
- Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, forecasting, and funnel health
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement solutions to improve conversion
- Support quota planning, territory management, and compensation alignment
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
- Expertise in CRM and sales tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and dashboarding (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Clear communicator with strong documentation and process design abilities
- Understanding of B2B/B2C sales funnels, KPIs, and sales productivity metrics
- Experience working in logistics, mobility, or marketplace environments is a plus
