Job Purpose: To provide high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and cross-department coordination. The Executive Assistant acts as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities, efficient time management, and secure handling of sensitive information. This role is critical to enabling the CEO to focus on leadership, decision-making, and business growth. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, ensuring prioritization of strategic meetings and engagements. Prepare, coordinate, proofread, and manage confidential documents, reports, memos, and correspondence. Schedule, organize, and take minutes during key meetings; ensure accurate follow-up on action items. Monitor and track ongoing projects, initiatives, and deadlines assigned or led by the Chairman and CEO. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefings to assist in executive decision-making. Perform other executive-level duties and initiatives as required by the Chairman and CEO. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, growth and confidential environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides and Google Drive). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail. High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs. Willing to work on-site in Pasig City. Working Conditions: Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site). Confidentiality: This position demands a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of documents, decisions, and strategic communications involved. Collaboration: Regular interaction with internal departments such as Marketing, Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Operations, as well as coordination with clients and joint venture partners, government agencies, and service vendors when necessary.
