Executive Assistant (Walmart Marketplace and AI-Driven)

• Manage executive calendar, scheduling, priorities, and reminders.

• Organize, respond to, and track emails, tasks, and follow-ups.

• Utilize AI tools to conduct research, generate summaries, and improve workflow efficiency.

• Oversee Walmart Marketplace operations, including product sourcing, listings, pricing, and performance tracking.

• Conduct in-depth product research using AI tools (trend analysis, demand validation, competitive analysis).

• Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images, and SEO).

• Monitor sales, inventory, fulfillment, and overall account health metrics.

• Analyze competitor activity, pricing strategies, and Buy Box positioning.

• Create and upload organic content to support marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate order processing, returns, and customer service follow-ups.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience managing email, calendars, and task management systems.

• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms).

• Basic understanding of Walmart Marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center.

• Familiarity with product research tools and listing optimization strategies.

• Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment (WFS, FBM, logistics).

• Background in digital marketing or content creation.

• Timeliness and accuracy of task completion and follow-ups.

• Sales growth and overall product performance.

• Listing optimization improvements (CTR and conversion rates).

• Inventory accuracy and effective stock management.

• Account health and compliance metrics.
