Role Overview As a Tagging & Analytics Operations Analyst in a high-growth B2B technology company, you will lead the technical enablement of data-driven marketing by managing the full lifecycle of web tag operations, event tracking, and digital analytics integrations across our enterprise platforms. You will work at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and privacy governance-ensuring precise, compliant, and actionable data is available to power marketing automation, personalization, lead attribution, and enterprise reporting. This role demands both technical fluency and strategic business understanding to support complex buying journeys typical of B2B enterprise customers. You will be the go-to expert for Tealium TMS, Adobe Analytics, and consent management systems. Key Responsibilities: Tealium Tagging Strategy & Execution Partner with digital marketing, product teams, and web engineering to implement and manage tags using Tealium iQ and EventStream. Ensure data signals align with business objectives (e.g., MQL triggers, product interest signals, lead scoring inputs). Perform QA and tag audits to maintain integrity across global enterprise websites, customer portals, and marketing microsites. Lead new tenant onboarding into Tealium for multi-portfolio web ecosystems. B2B Event Tracking Design Translate complex user journeys (multi-touch, gated content, demo requests, partner logins, etc.) into measurable custom events. Configure advanced tracking scenarios like account-based engagement, anonymous-to-known transitions, and intent-based events. Map tracked events to Adobe Analytics variables (eVars, props, events) and ensure alignment with CRM and MAP (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) data flows. Adobe Analytics Enablement Support enterprise stakeholders across marketing, sales ops, and product teams by maintaining Adobe Analytics dashboards. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tagging issues across multiple domains and platforms (SPA, server-side tracking, iFrames, etc.). Handle ad-hoc data requests that feed into pipeline reporting, ABM campaigns, or content performance KPIs. Maintain documentation of analytics KPIs and implementation requirements. Business Analysis & Operations Coordination Own intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of enhancement requests, change tickets, and cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate closely with IT engineers and marketing ops to document requirements and lead implementation cycles. Serve as scrum coordinator for tagging-related sprints, driving status updates, risk tracking, and testing handoffs. Consent Management & Privacy Compliance Manage and align Tealium's tagging approach with OneTrust integration to meet global compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Configure consent-triggered tag firing rules to ensure proper user data handling per legal mandates. Support internal audits and coordinate with legal/compliance teams for tagging policy updates. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of experience with Tealium (iQ, EventStream) and Adobe Analytics in an enterprise B2B setting. Demonstrated ability to manage and audit tags in complex multi-domain environments. Understanding of B2B digital sales funnels, lead generation, and content-driven engagement. Experience managing project coordination across Agile/Scrum teams. Strong debugging and browser inspection skills (e.g., network requests, data layers, console logs). Working knowledge of JavaScript, DOM interaction, and tag deployment logic. Preferred Experience Familiarity with ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua), or CRM integration (Salesforce). Knowledge of server-side tracking models, GTM containers (if relevant), and CDP data strategies.
