Estate planning firms help individuals and families organize their assets and affairs, protect their wealth, and ensure their wishes are carried out as intended.Our VA's are supported every step of the way by our incredible Manager based right here in the Philippines. In addition to the attorney you support, she is an additional point of contact, making sure expectations are clear, your work is on track, and you're never left guessing. Our team works with the attorneys we support, and we advocate for you to ensure things run smoothly.With her guidance, you'll always have someone in your corner who understands your experience, helps you grow, and makes sure you're set up for success.Core ValuesSelf-Motivated. We embrace feedback, pursue learning, and continually look for ways to improve ourselves and our firm.Key Responsibilities with Success MetricsDevelop and Manage Marketing CalendarCreate and maintain a weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing calendar that outlines content, campaigns, events, and deadlines.Success Metric: Maintain a detailed, rolling 3-month marketing calendar, updated by the 15th of each month, that reflects all scheduled content, deadlines, and responsible parties.Develop and Repurpose Marketing ContentCreate new digital and print marketing materials-and repurpose existing content-for blog posts, monthly newsletters, digital ads, flyers, books, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and website updates. Maintain a consistent brand voice and maximize reach across platforms.Success Metrics:
  • Transform attorney-generated content into marketing assets each month:
  • 8 social media posts per platform
  • 5 short videos
  • 2 digital ads
  • 1 flyer
  • 1 email campaign
  • Refresh and repurpose 2 pieces of older content each month
Coordinate Events and Speaking EngagementsOrganize and promote in-person events (speaking engagements, educational webinars, etc...) and networking meetings such as referral partner calls, coffees and lunch meetings. Manage all logistics, including scheduling, invitations, promotional and preparing educational materials, and post-event follow-up.Success Metrics:
  • Schedule and coordinate 3 in-person events per quarter
  • Schedule 10 networking opportunities per quarter for partner
  • Create digital and physical invitations for all events 4 weeks in advance, and send digital invitations to all invitees 3 weeks prior to the event
  • Achieve 75% attendance rate and track post-event conversions or referrals to measure effectiveness.
Ensure Brand and Ethical ComplianceLead quarterly meetings with firm staff and external vendors to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. Diligently review all marketing materials comply with legal advertising guidelines and the firm's professional code of ethics to ensure compliance.Success Metrics:
  • Approve graphics, posts, blogs and SEO ads created by third parties within 3 business days to ensure alignment with brand
  • Zero flagged violations from social media platforms related to content
  • Submit a report highlighting key takeaways and action items within 48 business hours of each hosted meeting
Conduct Market Research and Competitive AnalysisResearch legal industry trends, prospect client behavior, and track weekly competitor data points (trending posts, advertising, website ranking etc.) for at least 3 key local competitors to generate insights and identify new opportunities for outreach and growth. Use findings to inform campaign planning and content development.Success Metrics:
  • Prepare one market research or competitor analysis report each quarter, including at least two actionable insights to guide content and campaign strategies
  • Identify and implement 3 new strategies each week
