Low Attrition Rate ABOUT THE ROLE: IQ BackOffice, a global leader in outsourced accounting and finance solutions, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the smooth onboarding and deployment of candidates for client accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, night-shift work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and processing candidates for final interviews Attend and facilitate client interviews , ensuring candidates are prepared and schedules are properly coordinated Edit and format candidate CVs/resumes to meet IQ BackOffice and client standards before submission Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and monitor progress throughout the recruitment cycle Provide Go-Live assistance to newly hired employees, ensuring readiness for client-facing roles Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation for real-time candidate updates Collaborate with hiring managers and HR for workforce planning and staffing requirements Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements at all stages of recruitment Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing company Strong command of English, both spoken and written Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) Strong organizational and communication skills Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours Experience in editing CVs/resumes professionally is a strong advantage Show more Show less
