Recruitment Supervisor Job Summary: The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, managing multiple requisitions with accuracy and compliance, assessing both qualifications and cultural fit, and adapting quickly to changing hiring needs. Tech-savvy and persuasive, you'll leverage various sourcing platforms to attract top talent while staying results-driven and committed to achieving hiring goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Create or update job advertisements based on the submitted and approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) and job description, posting them through various job portals and social media. Screen resumes of candidates and conduct phone screening. Schedule shortlisted candidates for initial interview by inviting them for a face-to-face or virtual meeting. Prepare the initial assessment and endorse staff-level applicants who pass the initial interview for the next level of screening by arranging an interview schedule with the HR Manager and, subsequently, with the Hiring Manager/Department Head. Prepare documents necessary for the onboarding of new employees. Prepare performance evaluation forms for new hires and distribute the forms to respective hiring managers/departments for the 5th-month evaluation. Route clearance/coordinate with other departments regarding accountabilities. Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Development Management, or any other related fields. With at least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including social media and job boards.
