Main Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors, determining the action required. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate executive team meetings, agendas, and materials, and ensure follow-up on action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Information Management: Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations. Organize and maintain executive files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and editing. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive team. Coordinate communication between executives and various departments, clients, and external partners. Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, including logistics, coordination, and follow-up. Track and monitor project deadlines, deliverables, and progress. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Office Management: Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance and repairs. Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide administrative support to other team members as needed. Qualifications: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Excellent English (and local) communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a bonus. Ability to understand and speak Mandarin is an asset Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Pleasing personality, confident, friendly and approachable. Must be able to work and learn in a fast-paced setting Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends if needed Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
