While healthcare experience is a plus, we believe great HR leadership transcends industries-what matters most is what you bring to the table.What You'll Do:Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, and labor compliance.Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and build a high-performing, values-driven culture.Drive organizational development initiatives, from onboarding and training to leadership development and retention strategies.Lead employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and fairness.Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, HR policies, and hospital standards.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role, regardless of industry.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.A genuine passion for people and purpose-led work.
