- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Customer Interaction: Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
- Sales Targets: Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic salary + quarterly commission!
