Grow with GBSS, where your potential meets opportunity. ????What You'll Be Doing Review and validate loan documentation (e.g., conditional documents, valuation reports, title searches). Coordinate mortgage insurance processing and employer/borrower verifications. Provide timely updates to brokers and internal stakeholders via phone and email. Monitor and action shared inbox communications and maintain accurate records. Assist underwriters with reworks and ad hoc processing tasks to ensure timely settlements. ???? About You You have hands-on experience in Australian mortgage processing or a related financial services role. You understand the end-to-end loan process, including credit policy and compliance requirements like the Privacy Act. You're a clear and confident communicator, with a customer-first approach and the ability to build strong relationships. You&aposre highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You&aposre tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office and loan processing systems, and can work independently with minimal supervision. ????
