Overview The Product Marketing Specialist (Streaming and Health) supports the development, launch, and performance management of streaming and digital health-related products and partnerships under the Mobile Business. The role is responsible for coordinating product and partner initiatives, monitoring usage and customer engagement, generating insights from data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance. The specialist works closely with managers, marketing, regulatory teams, and external partners (e.g., streaming platforms and digital health providers) to ensure offerings are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Functions and Responsibilities A. Development and Innovation Support the Manager in the development and execution of streaming and digital health products, bundles, and campaigns. Assist in preparing business cases for new partnerships, product enhancements, or optimization. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely implementation and integration of services. B. Performance Monitoring Track usage metrics, subscription behavior, and customer engagement for streaming and health offers. Analyze data to identify usage trends, churn risks, and cross-sell or upsell opportunities. Prepare performance reports and insights to support continuous improvement. C. Product Launch and Execution Support the launch and execution of streaming and health-related products and campaigns. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend enhancements to improve adoption and retention. D. Stakeholder Support and Training Assist in coordinating with marketing, digital, and partner teams for campaign and product execution. Prepare training materials, FAQs, and product documentation for internal stakeholders and partners. Support frontliner enablement to ensure proper product understanding and positioning. E. Regulatory and Market Analysis Coordinate with the Regulatory team for NTC and DTI permit requirements, where applicable. Monitor industry trends in streaming and digital health, including competitor offers and emerging platforms. Conduct competitive analysis to support strategy and positioning. Core competencies: Strong understanding of streaming, OTT platforms, and digital health ecosystem Strong analytical skills with ability to generate data-driven business insights Effective project and cross-functional stakeholder coordination Strategic thinker with awareness of digital consumer behavior and market trends Clear communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment Job Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field At least 2-4 years of experience in product management, digital services, telecom, or partnerships Experience in streaming platforms, digital content, or health tech is an advantage Strong background in data analytics and campaign performance management Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word NOTE: We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
