Overview The Product Marketing Specialist (Music/New Revenue) supports the development, launch, and performance management of music-related products and new revenue-generating initiatives under the Mobile Business. The role is responsible for coordinating product and partner initiatives, monitoring usage and customer engagement, generating insights from data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance. The specialist works closely with managers, marketing, regulatory teams, and external partners (e.g., music streaming platforms, content providers, and other revenue partners) to ensure offerings are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue targets. Functions and Responsibilities A. Development and Partnership Support Support the Manager in the development and management of gaming and app partnerships and offers. Assist in evaluating new digital service opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support implementation and integration of gaming and app services. B. Performance Monitoring Track usage metrics, engagement levels, and customer behavior related to gaming and app offers. Analyze data to identify usage trends, growth opportunities, and potential churn risks. Prepare performance reports and insights to support optimization. C. Product Launch and Campaign Support Support the launch and execution of gaming and app-related products, bundles, and campaigns through business reviews. Follow through with the execution of product launches and sustaining campaigns D. Stakeholder Coordination and Support Coordinate with marketing, product, digital, and partner teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives. Assist in preparing product briefs, training materials, FAQs, and documentation for internal teams. E. Market and Competitive Analysis Monitor gaming and digital app industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging platforms. Conduct competitive analysis to support strategy and product positioning.
