Overview The Product Marketing Specialist (OTT) supports the development, launch, and performance management of OTT products and partnerships under the Mobile Business unit. The role is responsible for coordinating OTT product ideation, monitoring usage and customer engagement, generating insights from data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance. The specialist works closely with product managers, marketing, regulatory teams, and OTT partners (e.g., streaming, music, and digital content providers) to ensure offerings are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. Functions and Responsibilities A. Product Development and Innovation Support the Manager in the ideation, development, and execution of OTT-related products, bundles, and campaigns. Assist in preparing business cases for OTT partnerships, product enhancements, or service optimization. Coordinate with internal teams and OTT partners to ensure timely product development and integration. B. Product Performance Monitoring Track usage metrics, subscription behavior, and customer engagement for OTT products and services. Analyze data to identify usage trends, churn risks, and upselling opportunities. Prepare usage and performance reports and provide insights to support product improvements. C. Product Launch and Execution Support the launch and execution of OTT products, bundles, and sustaining campaigns. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend enhancements to improve adoption and retention. D. S takeholder Support and Training Assist in training frontliner and back-end teams on OTT product features and offers. Prepare training materials, FAQs, and product documentation for internal teams and partners. Coordinate with marketing, digital, and partner teams to ensure proper campaign execution and alignment. E. Regulatory and Market Analysis Coordinate with the Regulatory team where applicable. Monitor OTT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging platforms. Conduct competitive analysis to support product strategy and positioning.
