Overview The Product Marketing Specialist (New Product) supports the development, launch, and performance management of new prepaid products and services under the Mobile Business unit. The role is responsible for coordinating product ideation, monitoring product usage and customer behavior, generating insights from data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and sustained product performance. The specialist works closely with product managers, marketing, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Functions and Responsibilities A. Product Development and Innovation Support the Manager in the ideation, development, and execution of new prepaid products and campaigns. Assist in preparing business cases for new products, enhancements, or product retirement. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely product development and implementation. B. Product Performance Monitoring Track product usage metrics and customer behavior to monitor product performance. Analyze data to identify usage trends, churn risks, and upselling opportunities. Prepare usage reports and provide insights to support product improvements. C. Product Launch and Execution Support the execution of product launches and sustaining campaigns. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend enhancements where necessary. Stakeholder Support and Training Assist in training frontliner and back-end teams on product features and updates. Prepare training materials, FAQs, and product documentation for internal teams. Regulatory and Market Analysis Coordinate with the Regulatory team for NTC and DTI permit applications. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to support product strategy. D. At least 2-4 years of experience in product management, product analytics, telecom services, or related fields.
