What to Expect: You'll be working closely with the Payroll & Treasury Manager, handling sensitive employee and financial data, and ensuring compliance with reporting and documentation standards. Expect to perform detailed administrative work requiring accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good organizational and communication skills. Contract-based: 6 months Job Description: The Finance & HR staff will provide general administrative support to both departments, with tasks focusing on payroll preparation, and HR-related documentation. Responsibilities include preparing payment request forms, handling petty cash, assisting with government contributions and loan processing, managing employee records, and supporting pre-employment and event logistics. 1. Prepare the following forms for Payroll & Treasury Manager's review a. Payment Request Form (PRF) i. SSS, HDMF and Philhealth contributions and loans ii. Petty cash reimbursements iii. Third party payroll invoices iv. Fund transfers v. Finance reimbursements b. Petty cash liquidation c. Bank related forms d. Other forms as needed 2. Prepare the following reports for Payroll & Treasury Manager's review a. Payment receipts of government contributions and loans b. Other reports as needed 3. Assist with the release of gift certificates/cards 4. Assist with the request and distribution of ID and HMO cards 5. Assist with the checking and completion of pre-employment requirements (probationary, third-party hires and interns) 6. Assist with the encoding of leaves 7. Assist with filing of employee records in 201 file 8. Assist with the monitoring of medicine inventory 9. Assist with event logistics 10. Assist with other that may be assigned from time to time Job Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least with 6-months of related work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
