
Accounts Officer

- Receive, review, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies and approval workflows.
- Manage recurring invoices, utilities, subscriptions, and standing payments.
- Set up new vendors in the system and call to confirm bank and contact details
- Ensure GST and RITC is accurately recorded in accordance with ATO requirements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice queries promptly.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of payment issues.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and payment systems.
- Intermediate MS Excel experience: Pivot Table knowledge is a must.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate confidently with Australian stakeholders and suppliers.
- Exposure to multi-entity or fund accounting structures would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automated AP systems and process improvement initiatives would be a plus point.
