About The Job Key Accounts Officer (Site Acquisition) The Key Accounts Officer Site Acquisition plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in acquiring sites for MR DIY Philippines' expansion projects. This position combines strategic planning, negotiation, and collaboration to ensure the successful identification and acquisition of optimal sites. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations throughout the site acquisition process. Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify potential sites, evaluating their viability based on client needs, market conditions, and regulatory considerations. Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements. Collaborate with internal departments (legal, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless execution of site acquisition projects. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure all site acquisition activities adhere to local laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Job Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3-5 years of working experience in site acquisition, site development, network expansion, or property and asset management. Strong analytical and research skills with experience working with GIS systems. Effective negotiation skills and proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of local real estate, land development, and zoning regulations is preferred.
