The Account Officer is primarily responsible for achieving volume targets while maintaining profitability, credit quality and excellent customer service. Duties And Responsibilities Generates sales volume through account solicitation and marketing of housing loan products with the assigned channel. Achieves the monthly and annual sales volume target as directed by the management Collaborates with the assigned sales channel to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships. Monitors loan documentary deficiencies and PDO/NPL to ensure that they are within acceptable level. Solicits accounts and markets products and promos to attain business goals. Endeavors to be competent financial advisors to clients and loan partners and ensures delivery of excellent customer service all throughout the client's housing loan journey with the Bank Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance Knowledge and solid understanding of lending products and practices Good interpersonal relationship.
