- Use Later.com to schedule short-form video content across platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok .
- Schedule podcast recordings,
- Upload YouTube content on a weekly basis following specific instructions
- Link updates throughout email sequences after materials are updated
- Turning LGW video content into .gifs for email marketing and branding
- Act as a point of continuity across marketing and sales projects, ensuring no task or deadline falls through the cracks
- Use Canva to help generate graphics for social ads, live events, email copy, and more.
- Update and generate content, including design, for lead nurturing such as, but not limited to, 1 pagers and case studies
- Special projects as assigned. Example: build out a presentation deck draft for a webinar
- Organize the lead inbox, including organizing emails into folders, responding to appropriate emails directly, directing emails to other team members, and prioritizing emails for the Sales Coordinator.
- Using a set of scripts, respond to YouTube comments.
- Using a set of scripts, respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram.
- Using a set of scripts, respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs - qualifying leads to hand off to the Sales Coordinator.
- Support sales team in CRM maintenance.
- Represent the brand in a warm, respectful, and professional manner that builds trust and invites engagement.
- Research projects, such as quarterly SEO research project to generate blog content ideas
- Accurately record notes and follow-up tasks from meetings
- Strategically improve SOPs and optimize other operational activities of the business
- Maintain clean and up-to-date records in our CRM and reporting tools.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly performance reporting to guide team strategy.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Follow and accurately complete all subtasks for assigned projects in Asana
- Use AI to help with appropriate functions

- 2+ years of experience with supporting marketing and sales teams and/or as an Executive or Administrative Assistant is required
- Experience in sales (using scripts to talk to potential customers) is huge plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
- Possess strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Well organized and a team player
- Confident in asking management clarifying questions to better complete projects
- Have strong visual brand identity and design skills, with a demonstrable track record in designing assets for use in social media and online marketing is a plus
- Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
- Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
- Have an advanced level of English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Canva design software
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Familiarity with Asana Project Management software or any other project management software
- University/college degree is an asset
- 3+ years of experience in either Marketing or Sales (or both)
- Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
- Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
