AMZ Bees is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant with proven experience with Amazon Seller Central to support our Advertising, Technical, and Account Strategy teams. ???? Remote | Full-time, fixed monthly | ???? 4h overlap with GMT+3 business hours What You'll Do: Advertising Team Support Fill in missing match types and conduct NGram analysis Deduplicate keywords across exports Perform weekly keyword research: main keyword pool + competitor ASINs Provide keyword tracker screenshots every 10 days Archive and rename campaigns based on folder structure Maintain ad performance reports for internal dashboards Creative / AI Tasks Generate AI images for Sponsored Brand/Display creatives Track usage of images per campaign Maintain a prompt/output archive in shared folders Technical Team Support Weekly updates in Google Sheets for each client/country: Account Health, Reimbursements, Feedback Manager, Stranded Inventory, etc. Use color coding to indicate status ( No action / Informed / Urgent) Download/upload Amazon reports to AI tool folders Maintain a clean and consistent Google Drive structure Backup, clean, and deduplicate data weekly Account Strategy Support Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports and campaign audit coverage Flag outdated or underperforming campaigns Support strategy meetings with pre-checks and data input Log and report ASIN performance drops or alerts Assist strategists with report access, folder structure, and SOP updates What We're Looking For Experience working with Amazon accounts (PPC, listings, seller tools, or reporting) Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working independently with remote tools like Google Workspace and Slack Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems Role Details Hours: Full-time, flexible with at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+3 Location: Fully remote Time off: 12 days annual leave | 5 paid sick days | 14 regular national holidays Show more Show less
