- Schedule and publish approved content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using MA/Meta Business Manager, Zoho Social, or similar tools.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the company’s marketing calendar.
- Engage with target audiences (e.g., physical therapists and healthcare professionals) through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.
- Deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp to segmented customer, lead, and prospect lists.
- Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Coordinate with the internal team to receive approved copy and graphics.
- Upload, schedule, and quality-check content prior to publishing.
- Keep marketing assets organized in OneDrive or other approved systems.
- Assist with setting up workflows for social and email automations.
- Support integration of platforms to improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Provide assistance in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate progress on all assigned tasks daily, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Report on completed posts, audience engagement, list updates, and ad performance.
- Immediately flag issues, delays, or required clarifications to the marketing lead via Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to support campaign planning and execution.
- Consistent and timely scheduling of social media and email campaigns.
- Growth in social media followers, engagement rates, and audience interactions.
- Increased email campaign effectiveness (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
- Organized and error-free deployment of content and assets.
- Improved lead generation and measurable ad performance (CTR, impressions, ROAS).
- Responsiveness to deadlines and clear communication with internal teams.
- Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, MA (Meta Business Manager), Zoho Social (or similar tools).
- Experience with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Experience in healthcare or professional services marketing is a plus.
