- Lead and supervise the HR Systems Development Analyst/s, including task coordination, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Oversee the design, development, customization, and implementation of HR systems aligned with organizational needs.
- Manage system integration efforts to improve data flow and operational efficiency across HR systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, minimal downtime, and timely updates or upgrades.
- Develop and execute incident management and root cause analysis protocols for system issues.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve HR service delivery and minimize manual processes.
- Manage end-to-end HR systems projects including planning, risk mitigation, implementation, and post-support.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and stakeholders to align systems with HR strategies and drive innovation through technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in HR systems development, implementation, integration, and project management.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll, performance tools, system integration (e.g., API), Macros, Visual Basic, SQL, and reporting tools like Power BI.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on mid-shift and hybrid setup in Ortigas.
