Work setup: Onsite at The Hideout,Clark, Pampanga Contract: Project-based (6 Months) The Business Development Representative is responsible for contacting leads, understanding their environment, suggesting products and services, or setting up a conversation with the lead and the Sales team for more complex sales. This role contributes to the overall growth of the organization by generating quality leads and engaging effectively with prospects. What does a day in the life as a Business Development Representative look like Utilize various channels, including phone, email and other approved avenues to qualify leads Provide accurate information about products and services to customers Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services or hand-off qualified leads to Sales team for more complex sales Conduct in-depth research to fully understand the organization's products and services and communicate the value proposition effectively Accurately track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes through training and learning modules Collaborate with other departments as needed Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Perform other duties as assigned What are the required qualifications for a Business Development Representative Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or equivalent, preferably in SaaS subscription-based sales Proven ability to qualify leads Background in international and U.S. logistics across multiple carriers is highly preferred Ability to understand and articulate solutions to meet customer needs, especially in logistics and e-commerce Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using computers and various software applications Ninja Perks and Benefits *Full time employees Competitive compensation Adherence to government-mandated benefits Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching Life Insurance HMO on day 1 Paid time off, birthday leave Bonus and incentive plans Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development Employee Referral Program Beautiful office space Free lunch provided daily Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
