- Strong knowledge of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, data science, and IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills and experience through interviews and technical evaluations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
