You will collaborate with Account Directors to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to identify the best candidates. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, data science, and IT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards.
Ability to assess candidates' skills and experience through interviews and technical evaluations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
