- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, cloud specialist and other IT-related positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and legal requirements.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry, hiring for US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with MSP business models and the specific technical skill sets required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from various technical backgrounds.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics.
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
- 4 hours daily work commitment
