Are you ready to push past your comfort zone and master international recruitment by working alongside Manila's top recruiters and global clients About the job: As a Technical Recruiter at Managed , you will partner with an Australian Recruitment Agency, supporting their hiring needs while applying global recruitment best practices. You will work closely with a recruitment coach and end clients to ensure smooth delivery, gain full market exposure, and build expertise in technical recruitment at a global level. Responsibilities: Source, engage, and qualify top technical talent across Data, Cloud, DevOps, and Software Engineering. Own the full recruitment cycle: market mapping, headhunting, screening, shortlisting, candidate management, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure smooth processes and positive experiences. Drive performance through placements, pipeline quality, and activity metrics using ATS/CRM. Collaborate with the Manila team and global consultants to exchange market insights, candidate intel, and best practices. Develop and nurture talent pools to stay top of mind with active and passive candidates. Generate business leads via interviews, reference checks, and market intelligence. Stay current with industry trends, adopt recruitment best practices, and strengthen your personal brand. Leverage AI tools to boost sourcing efficiency and recruitment delivery. Must-Haves: Minimum 1 year recruitment experience across Data, Cloud, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles Data driven recruiter with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement Skilled in sourcing & headhunting via LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, job boards, and niche platforms Strong candidate management: engagement, interview preparation, follow-ups, counteroffer handling, and closing Must have a growth mindset and be open to change. Nice-to-Have: Established AU network of technical candidates in data, cloud, DevOps, or software engineering. Experience working with a recruitment agency.
