Job DescriptionThis role is for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will handle the hands-on execution of marketing tasks and processes to help a team achieve its business objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Manages email campaigns: Creates and schedules emails, monitors campaign performance, and generates reports with key insights.Executes A/B testing: Plans and carries out A/B tests to improve campaigns, tracks results, and suggests improvements.Develops email campaigns: Builds and launches various email campaigns for different stages of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, and nurture campaigns).Builds automated workflows: Creates and structures automated email drip campaigns using marketing automation platforms.Performs marketing operations tasks: Manages website updates, maintains customer databases, updates landing pages, and organizes content.Uses a variety of tools: Executes tasks across different marketing systems, including website CMS, marketing automation, CRM databases, and analytics tools.Collaborates for improvement: Works with team leads and other teams to enhance campaign performance and refine marketing processes.Handles daily requests: Processes ad-hoc operational requests and assists with data-related tasks.Qualifications:Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, IT, engineering, or a related field.Skills: Strong communication skills for working with international clients and cross-functional teams.Technical Knowledge: Prior experience with CRM, CMS, or Martech software (like Marketo, Salesforce, or WordPress) is a significant advantage.Work Style: Must be detail-oriented, methodical, and have a structured approach to problem-solving.Mindset: A strong interest in continuous learning and a knack for researching new digital systems and tools.Software Proficiency: Comfortable working with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Work Schedule: Must be willing to work a night shift (8 PM to 5 AM PST) at the Pasig City office twice a week.
