EMD Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for packaging lines, conveyors, sealing machines, labeling equipment, and other food-grade machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and ensure timely repair to minimize production downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules in alignment with production goals.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with food safety standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and downtime events.
• Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Assist in ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and managing tool control.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with PPE and plant safety rules.
