What You'll Be Doing Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the instrumentation and control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures Supervising and coordinating a team of instrumentation technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational or technical challenges Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to instrumentation and control systems Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and procedures
