As an Employee Relations Partner within the Global Employee Relations Team, you will conduct and facilitate complex, sensitive, and time-critical ER investigations. You will partner with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies, plans, and interventions that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your role will be pivotal in consulting on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation.Job Responsibilities:

- Document investigative paths, recommendations, and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear, concise, and legally defensible manner.
- Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues.
- Engage control partners, including Global Securities and Investigations, Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues, to resolve serious work situations.
- Execute a robust risk and controls agenda.
- Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
- Perform other similar functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields.
- 5+ years of HR experience in the shared services/BPO industry focusing on end-to-end employee relations case management.
- Knowledgeable of HR practices and the financial impact of HR decisions.
- Understanding of Asia Pacific employment and labor laws.
- Expert knowledge of ER practices, arbitration, mediation, legal proceedings, and fair employment practices.
- Strong investigation, consulting, and problem resolution experience with the ability to influence all employee levels.
- Ability to quickly size up complex people/business situations, develop alternatives, and make sound recommendations.
- Insightful in assessing issues/potential risks and recommending balanced solutions.
- Proficient in critical thinking, data analytics, and judgment to make fact-based decisions.
