We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to manage and process warranty claims, ensure compliance with established procedures, and provide exceptional support to dealers and customers. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, BYD Philippines, and dealership partners to maintain smooth warranty operations and deliver timely, accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Claims Management Review and verify submitted warranty claims, amending as necessary. Process claims in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and monitor dealer warranty activities. Prepare and analyze data for the Warranty Claims Summary Report. Track warranty payments and follow up on outstanding claims with BYD PH and dealers. Compliance Monitoring Enforce standard warranty claim submission and processing procedures. Monitor and follow up on dealer test parts submissions and recoveries. Provide warranty counseling and process guidance to dealers. Claims Reporting Generate and submit warranty activity reports to the Technical Service Manager. Prepare weekly and monthly recall campaign achievement reports. Claims Collaboration Coordinate top warranty claim data with Technical, Service Operations, and Parts departments. Conduct warranty process training for dealers. Distribute warranty materials (claims forms, tags, booklets). Customer Claims Communication Provide updates to customers and address inquiries regarding their claims. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Engineering & Technology. Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Support Engineer or Warranty Officer. Certifications: Technical Leveling Certificate preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge in automotive troubleshooting and warranty claiming. Ability to provide clear technical instructions and guidance using manuals. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
