The role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards within the bank. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement and system optimization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, workflows, and procedures. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Design and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives and workflow optimizations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of new processes and best practices. Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to track improvements and identify further optimization opportunities. Continuously review and update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems based on relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 27001 for information security). Assist in conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO requirements and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in business process management, systems analysis, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
