We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Admin to manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately. This role will serve as the key link between our service network, dealerships, and the manufacturer to ensure timely claim approvals, payments, and compliance with warranty policies. Key Responsibilities Review and verify submitted warranty claims for completeness and accuracy. Process claims through the Dealer Management System (DMS) and other warranty platforms. Coordinate with dealers to clarify incomplete or unclear warranty submissions. Monitor and track all warranty activities, payments, and outstanding claims. Prepare and analyze warranty data for regular summary reports. Follow up with dealers and the manufacturer regarding pending claims. Ensure warranty processes comply with company guidelines and manufacturer policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in warranty administration or service operations (automotive industry preferred). Proficient in MS Office; experience with DMS is an advantage.
