By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.Job Description Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 Surveillance of Fixed Core, Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, Ancillary facilities and Environmental support systems necessary for the delivery of existing and future services using Network Management Systems and Operational Support tools within its respective coverage based on geographic area and/or type of network. Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams.
